Availability
Some items are seasonal and availbility and/or prices may be subject to change without formal notification due to weather and/or crop conditions beyond Grande Impressions Ltd.'s control.

Prices
All prices are FOB Denver, CO and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Damaged Goods
Notify Grande Impressions Ltd. immediately if any products are damaged in transit so that a claim may be filed with the carrier and the product replaced.

Returns
The quality of all products is guaranteed. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Distributor Pricing and Container Sales
Available upon request and qualification.

Shortages
Please sign only for the number of boxes received. Note any discrepancies. Advise Grande Impressions Ltd. within 5 days and a claim will be filed with the carriers.

Payment Terms
All invoices are Net 30 days with approved credit. A finance charge of 2% per month will be assessed on past due invoices. Specific terms of sale are provided on each invoice.

Suggestions
Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our customers. Please let Grande Impressions know how we are doing.

Minimum Order
Minimum order is $100.00. Natural items require 1 unit per item ordered while permanent floral require 1 box per item ordered. Shells and feather sales require 1 box per item ordered.

New Accounts
Please submit a credit application with initial order so we can expedite shipment. All orders accepted pending credit approval. All sales are C.O.D. (certified funds) or on a credit card basis (Visa and Mastercard accepted) unless credit has been approved.
